Fused Deposition Modeling

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is one option available at TFCEngeryInc for manufacturing your real production part or rapid prototype. 

At TFCEnergyInc, we implement this technology using the Stratasys FDM 400mc 3-Dimensional Printing System (.pdf).

Parts modeled using the Statasys FDM system can use a variety of thermoplastics to manufacture the part. 

This allows for the matching of part properties with the material that fits your needs – giving you the ability of having real manufactured parts that are tough enough for functional testing and production use.

 

ObJet

Ultra-thin-layer Polyjet technology is another option available at TFCEngeryInc for manufacturing your real production part.  At TFCEnergyInc, we implement this technology using the Eden500V 16 micron layer 3-Dimensional Printing System (.pdf)
